I believe people who are vulnerable for whatever reason (family discord, domestic violence, disabilities, victims, those who have committted crimes, and so on) deserve the opportunity to stand up, try again, and do well.

I work with many different front line services, management, and executive in public service and private businesses to review, refine or redesign, and evaluate what we do.
